Our Stakeholders

Qifa Partnership Framework

Qifa engages and collaborates with stakeholders, institutions and agencies to effect programmes that support our school’s mission in our pupils.  Central in the framework is the Qifa pupil. Through our partnership with the various stakeholders, we seek to design purposeful activities and programmes to enrich our pupils’ learning experience in Qifa.

Overseas Schools

Our school conducts exchange programmes with the objective of promoting global awareness and developing cross-cultural skills in our pupils. Interactions with peers of different cultures enrich their learning experiences and create an excellent platform for them to practise communication and social skills.

The schools which we partner with for these programmes are as follows:
  • Singapore Japanese School (Primary) – caters to Primary One, Two and Three pupils
  • Anubanpiboonwes School (Bangkok) – caters to Primary Five pupils

Local Organisations and Schools

Our school constantly seeks to engage and collaborate with local secondary schools and institutions to enrich the learning experiences of our pupils.

Raffles National History Museum

The Science department collaborates with the museum to train selected primary four and primary five pupils as guides of the museum. The pupils then serve as guides to conduct tours for their primary three school mates when they visit the museum to learn more about diversity in nature.

Community (Values in Action)

To instil in our pupils a strong sense of social responsibility, we partner with the community to create platforms for our pupils to work on various projects.

Southwest CDC

Through projects with the Southwest CDC, our Values-in-Action monitors take part in projects as follows:
  • Recycling  newspapers
  • Collection of old school bag

Children's Cancer Foundation

Our staff and pupils do our bit to help the needy through our bi-annual Qifa carnival, which raises funds for the foundation.

An article on Qifa Carnival 2013 was published in Tribute (issue 2/2014), the newsletter of CCF.
